Welcome to the official documentation for **Otters Developments**!

I'm **BranTheOtter**, the developer behind Otters Developments. I create FiveM resources with a focus on **modern interfaces, straightforward configuration and compatibility with popular FiveM frameworks and resources**.

Otters Developments started from creating and modifying resources for my own FiveM projects. I've now started releasing these resources for other FiveM communities to use, with both **free and paid resources** available.

### Our Resources

#### Free Resources

Our free resources are available for FiveM server owners to download and use at no cost.

Free doesn't mean stripped back the goal is to provide polished, configurable resources that can be used on live servers.

#### Paid Resources

Our paid resources will include larger and more advanced projects from Otters Developments.

Each resource has dedicated documentation to help with installation and configuration.

### Documentation

You'll find everything you need for each resource within its documentation, including:

* Introduction & features
* Installation
* Configuration
* Supported frameworks & integrations
* Screenshots

Simply select your resource from the sidebar to get started.

### Store & Community

You can find all available Otters Developments resources through our Tebex store:

[Otters Developments Tebex Store](https://otters-developments.tebex.io/)

For support, updates, bug reports and upcoming releases, join our Discord community:

[Join the Otters Developments Discord](https://discord.gg/p9A7J2QC6e/)

Thank you for checking out **Otters Developments** and supporting my work!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://otters-developments.gitbook.io/otters-developments/welcome-to-otters-developments.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
